I don't always feel walked on, in fact I usually just feel helpful. It is my choice wether or not to help others. I know I should, but it gets hard sometimes when one person yells at you for not helping them, even when you are busy helping someone else. It is during these tough times when I feel like a servant to my family/friends.
For example: Yesterday, Corianne woke me up to watch Aliya while she got her work, then Clark called and asked me for a computer, so I built one for him from my spare parts. And then at the moment I was about to do something for myself, my Mom and Dad asked me to help my Dad install the new water heater. When I was out at the Home Depot buying parts for it, Corianne was upset that I wasn't ready on time to go with her to Park City (Outlet Mall). She even wanted to leave without me, and I wanted to go.
It seems everyday is like that. Trying to balance everyone elses needs, and hopefully find a little time to be selfish.
